This web page provides you with the file layout for employee census data that we need to run your plan's annual non-discrimination testing.

The other documents that are needed will be sent to you electronically via the Docusign system for streamlined submissions.

We need all of the information  completed accurately and signed by an authorized plan representative.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for IRS penalties incurred that result from late or incomplete submissions.

Please return the forms to us on or before January 16, 2012 in order to assure that your compliance testing will be completed by the March 15, 2012 deadline. 

Following are the documents that you will need to download, complete, and return it to us via email for processing at CensusData@AmericanPension.net.  

2011 Retirement Plan Census Report - Download here an Excel spreadsheet that shows how your report should be formatted (use this one as a guide for your submission to us). Complete and send your Excel census spreadsheet to us as an attachment to your email. Here is the same item in a *.pdf format if you just want to print it out instead and use it as a guideline.

If you don't have Adobe Reader (which is needed to view most of these documents), you can download the latest version for free by clicking here.

Also, if you haven't received one yet, you can print a copy of the 2012 Retirement Plan Limits (which includes the 2010 and 2011 limits) by clicking here. These limits are updated for the upcoming year each October.
